2. Purchases and Payment

2.1 Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate. In the event of a pricing error, you will be notified and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

2.2 Payment Methods
We currently accept PayPal. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method and that all billing information is accurate.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policy
We offer a flat shipping rate of $3 for orders under $50. Orders over $50 receive free shipping within Australia. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

3.2 Delivery Responsibility
Cords of Courage is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third-party carriers or customs processes. Once orders are dispatched, responsibility lies with the delivery provider.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unused and original condition. To begin a return, please email us at cordsofcourage@gmail.com.

4.2 Refunds
Upon inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Product Liability

Cords of Courage products are handcrafted and made with care, however, we cannot be held liable for misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear over time. Products are not intended for use in emergency or load-bearing situations. Our products are decorative and symbolic in nature.

6. Pet Collar Disclaimer

While we take every measure to ensure the quality and safety of our pet collars, including the use of breakaway safety clips, pet owners are solely responsible for the use of these items.

Cords of Courage is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from pets chewing, removing, or becoming entangled in the collar.
Our collars are not chew-proof and are not intended to be used as toys.
Please supervise your pet while wearing the collar, particularly during initial use.

Clip colours are subject to availability. If your selected colour is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives — including waiting for restock, selecting a similar colour, or arranging a refund. We will always do our best to support our customers.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website implies acceptance of these updated terms.
