At Cords of Courage, we believe small acts can make a big difference. What began as a personal passion project in Adelaide has grown into a mission to support mental health and raise awareness through handcrafted paracord bracelets and pet collars.

Each piece we create is more than just an accessory — it's a symbol of courage, connection, and support. Whether you wear one for yourself or gift one to a friend, every bracelet tells a story: "You are not alone."

Why We Do This

Mental health is an invisible battle that too many face in silence. In Australia:

• 1 in 8 men will experience depression in their lifetime.

• 6–7 men die by suicide every day.

• 75% of all suicides are male.

• And still, most won’t ask for help.

These aren’t just numbers — they’re sons, dads, mates, and partners. This is why we do what we do. It’s why we donate 20% of all sales to organisations like Beyond Blue and Black Dog Institute, who are fighting to break the stigma, provide real support, and make sure help is always available.

What We Offer

Our paracord bracelets are handcrafted using tough, reliable cord — just like the kind trusted by first responders and adventurers. But their power lies in the meaning they carry:
